Andy Bullingham
Founding Director of JPM
Andy has over 25 years experience in the General Insurance sector. A proportion of this has been dealing with affinity markets and specialist schemes. He obtained his experience in both the Insurance Company and Insurance Broking markets. He has held senior roles in a number of organisations culminating in becoming a Sales and Marketing Director.
In 2005, he established JPM with his long time colleague Andrew Windsor. He believes that his experience will allow JPM to be a rounded organisation where treating the customer fairly is at the forefront of the business.
Alex Davis
Associate Director
Alex Joined the company in early 2020 as a General Insurance Account Executive and is Cert CII qualified. Since his arrival, Alex has risen through the ranks quickly, becoming an Associate Director in February 2022. Alex’s main roles are to help grow the company’s portfolio of business, maintain relationships with existing clients & insurers and to work closely with Andy & Wes in the business’ decision making.
Away from the office Alex loves traveling and is a big Aston Villa fan, travelling home & away most weekends to watch them.
Wes Griffiths
Director
Wes has been at JPM for over a decade and has worked his way up to be a Director. Wes’ role involves establishing new relationships with commercial clients as well as maintaining , building existing client-broker relationships and managing insurer relationships. He has a wide-spanning experience of dealing with commercial business, with particular experience within manufacturing, construction, property owners and motor fleet insurance policies and also heads up the team that deals with all Veterinary Insurances.
Away from work Wes has a season ticket at the Molineux, enjoys working out at the gym and walking his dog Reuben. Wes is also a proud representative of our local Cricket club, Halesowen C.C. for which he is the First Team Captain!
Adele Hall
Senior Claims Handler
Adele joined JPM as the Claims Manager having previously worked for seven years as a claims team leader for a large insurance company.
Her role is to deal with and oversee our client’s claims, ensuring they are dealt with quickly and efficiently with the best possible outcome for the client and with minimum inconvenience.
Away from work Adele loves spending time with her two Daughters and will never say no to a cheeky Gin and Tonic if out with friends!
Jake Evans
Account Executive
Jake has been at JPM since the start of 2019 and is CII Cert qualified. Jakes role involves looking to build new relationships and developing his own book of business, an area in which he is thriving. Jake’s responsibilities also include looking after existing clients and relationships, he currently specialises in running our Veterinary Scheme alongside Wes and also looks after a number of local sports clubs, shops and salons policies.
Outside of work Jake is an avid Gym goer, is a Wolverhampton Wanderers supporter and loves going out for food accompanied by a cheeky cocktail. He is very sporty and notably plays Football, Tennis and Golf. Jake is also the offices resident DJ!
Livv Beasley
Account Handler
Livv joined the firm straight from University in June 2021 having previously been with us on Work Experience. Since rejoining us Livv has excelled in her role as an Account Handler and is Cert CII qualified. Livv helps to service some of our larger clients, processing Mid-term adjustments, renewals, day to day queries and takes a leading role in managing the team as a whole. Livv is such an integral part of our team and goes about her business as if she’s been doing it for decades.
Outside of work, Livv is a huge lover of Cats and is a keen baker, often bringing various sweet treats into the office to keep us all going! She is also Reflex nightclubs most loyal customer!
Courtney Holness
Junior Account Handler
Courtney made the jump to insurance in late 2022 when she joined JPM from a Healthcare background. Previously, Courtney had also worked for the emergency services in a call centre capacity therefore her phone handling skills and ability to listen are second to none. We have trained Courtney up from scratch, she takes everything we say on board and has exceeded all expectations since becoming part of the team. From a renewal’s perspective, Courtney manages our small business book, however will deal with mid-term adjustments for our bigger ticket clients too, never shying away from a challenge.
Next Steps for Courtney are to complete her Cert CII exams which she is currently studying for. Away from work Courtney enjoys watching Films & TV series.
Minnie Shaw
Account Handler
Minnie is the newest member of our team having agreed to come on board in June 2023. Minnie has 6 years’ experience in the insurance industry so boasts a fountain of knowledge, she has settled in seamlessly and has quickly become a crucial member of the team. Minnie assists in servicing some of the biggest clients in our portfolio and drives the compliance aspect of the business with Andy Bullingham.
Minnie sets a fine example each day and we’re delighted to have her with us as part of the journey that JPM is on as a company.
Outside of work, Minnie enjoys walking her Dog Rolo and renovating her new home.
